Human-operated use only

The service is a private copilot for a human caller. Users must manually initiate and conduct each call. Autonomous, parallel, predictive, power, prerecorded, or AI-generated-voice calling is not permitted.

Lawful prospects and calling practices

Customers are responsible for using lawful B2B prospect data, honoring calling-time and disclosure rules, and respecting internal and external do-not-call obligations. Explicit opt-outs must be respected.

AI suggestions

Suggestions and post-call outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. The caller remains responsible for what they say, claims they make, and actions they take. Generated text is editable and must be reviewed before use.

Prohibited use

The service may not be used for scraping, caller-ID spoofing, evading do-not-call rules, hidden recording, telecom abuse, fraud, harassment, or collecting highly sensitive personal information.

Commercial terms

Final billing, cancellation, liability, governing-law, support, and dispute terms require founder and legal approval before this template becomes production terms.
